i have now joined this forum and i want to know about the basic information about pms exam

and also i want to know that at the same time can i give the css and pms exams?

plz i hv problem ,can i do islamiyat and pak studies in urdu instead of english . i hv  read out urdu material . by the Book of Carvan PMS guide. plz help me and guide me ....... and same problem in optional subjects Bussiness admiinistration and education . plz guide me .
