The firmstmost importnt step towards this path is  complete operation in the areas where a single doubt of the terrorists is present, the law enforcing agencies should be well equipped with highly technlgcal ways and means to meet their task, in this regard one more important step is authorizing the local people to defend their territories against militants, as the spirit of national integration should be developed among them and they will cooperate with each single action of the Govt against said operation.  Another important step is dialogues with those ignorant people who pursue the path of terrorism out of feudal supremacy, poverty, religously exploited mechanism, social injustice and many stressed situations, where they fail to differentiate between right  and wrong, dark and bright, Here the role of Media and religious ulma can also work a lot to make those ignorant people aware that terrorism is purly a satanic aggression not a jihad, they must be informed about the real jihad.If we deeply go through the roots of terrorists, we find these evil elements mainly in illiterate areas and tribal regions where education is no where seen, so the need of the hour is to educate them as they could tread on the path of glory. Here Govt has to keep an eye on Maddarasaha, their activities, the  surveillance of their syllabus is must, surrounding people should be given the responsbility to monitor their each movement,  perceiving any doubtful activities they must inform law eforcing authorities.Unless we involve whole nation to curb the terrorism, we won't be able to get triumph over terrorrsm,hence if we have to do away with terrorism we have to bring terrorists on table of dialogues otherwise today if we w kill one usama nin laden or Batulla Mehsood.tmorw any nof their desendents will raise their sword to spread out terrorism,so if we want terrorism to be wiped out we will  have to eradicate the roots of terrorism from its very depth.

let me add few more points.

Recently,many ulemas declared suicide bombing haram not only in pakistan but also in saudi arabia (which is also well-known as state sponsored terrorist state) against shia.as a consequence,it bore no fruit.

moreover,the bitterness among the terrorist is also a main cause due to this they are humiliating the islamic ethics.the foremost elements which is boosting them to spread terror everywhere is lack of basic knowledge of Islam.
for instance
According to them,suicide bombing,killing women,non-combatants,children and humiliating security personnels training institutions,is their Jihad which is certainly against the Islam.however,through mass media this message must be conveyed to them that it is not Jihad rather it is Gunah-i-Kabirah(biggest sin).
Undeniably,injustice has also been done with them by starting fierce-fighting agaist them which can also be a cause of their bitterness.

subject;in responce to the topic how to combate terrorism.
i will never suggest for complete operation in the affected areas.history is silent about the success of any army against gorilla wars.secondly neither we should empower locals against terrorists.we must never forget the mistake we committed before.its because of the empowerment of locals in past we bear the brunt today.solution is in minds of all and sundry in this country.i must say a conclusive sentence that carries the solution.leave the war of others and fight for our own citizens.
