Job Description:


Review and evaluate the compliance risk associated with different business activities in the bank (i.e. Branches, Trade & RCAD) through review of implementation and monitoring of control system for those activities.
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements through physical and system based reviews (Branches, Product & Units)
Ensure proper execution of Compliance review plan. Give special focus to High Risk Branches.
Ensure equal and proper distribution/ utilization of manpower and allocation of work
Monthly/ Ongoing reporting to higher Management on compliance breaks / observations
Conduct periodical meetings with staff and customer service management to address issues
Identify flagrant/ high risk transactions or suspicious activity which needs to be reported to Sr. Management on immediate basis after proper probing and establishing facts and figures.
Ensure quality of work conducted by CCAG.
Create compliance & control awareness.
Ensure proper execution of any other job assigned and smooth execution of overall CCAG roles and functions.
 

Skills Required
 
 - Lead and motivate staff, ensure their job satisfaction and smooth working environment.
- Good knowledge of banking operations
- Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and further articulate operational working procedures from a compliance & control risk perspective
- Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
- Leading by example and strong coaching skills
- Should have ability to influence peers and subordinates
