True, I only mentioned a way that I found easier.
Everyone has his/her own way, and obviously, one should pursue the method which works best.

I'm more comfortable with numbers compared to names. Tongue But yeah, the importance of mentioning verses or not has been clearly highlighted by senior fellows here, and I'd personally take that into consideration aswell. Cheesy

I did not give any headings while attempting, because I couldn't help it with the kind of questions I chose. These were a few weak areas in my paper as far as I can see.

I hope, other fellows would also share their experience sincerely.
There is always a heading for any thing and every thing. You just have to look at it differently. Thats the art needed to make examiner see in one glance that you have written to-the-point. Try it this time in CE09.

Dear Phoenix,

Thank you very much for your considerate advice. Yes, I've faced the music once, now would try to play with the instruments myself, rather than letting them do the act... Tongue

Hi All,

Hope, all of you are fine and in good spirits.

Today, I happen to read this thread once again. I felt that it might be misleading for those fellow aspirants who are ready to avail their first chance. So, here is a balancing stroke:

The quoting(sic.) of original references is totally dependent upon your choice of the questions, you can see the kind of questions I picked last year (noted in one of my posts in the same thread); with that kind of questions you can get away with the hazard of quoting original references. But for certain questions that make it to the paper along with the kind of questions I chose, the quoting of the original references is almost indispensable to substantiate your thesis. So, keep it in your mind that you are to memorize a few original references on certain areas, irrespective of what the certain posts in this thread depict.

Noting this I feel pretty relieved that, nobody would suffer because of me now. Tongue Yes, this thread was initiated by me!

Sincere Regards,
Debonair
