Dear virgo, If you approach any subject in the right way, its scoring. Indo-Pak is a good subject also, because its Part-2 makes up your Pakistan Affair paper. So, if you like it, go ahead. Good luck

the scoring trends keep changing. it all depends on luck. in 2008, we didn't have good scores from indian history. in 2009, candidates have been rewarded in the subject. opt it, if you find it easy and you're ready to take the chance. the tragedy may befall on any other subject you opt in its place as well.

Dear Virgo,
I had Indian History as my optional and to me this subject was quite interesting. My interest in subject lead me to very good marks. I believe that if someone has genuine interest and he/she prepares for the paper by following the right direction, he/she can manage good marks.
Therefore, don't worry, follow your heart, if you have aptitude and genuine interest, this subject will offer you the marks required.
Good luck!
