I encountered with someone who is CSS qualified now .He told me not to write anti American statements as examiners deduct marks on such attempts .Is it really correct ?Is America's involvement in Middle East worth praising ? Or should we wrap up our statements in neutral manner . Please seniors explain .

As far as your statement does not reflect your own sentiments and your agreement or disagreement with any policy, issue, person or country is based on relevant logical reasoning, there is no problem with this. More importantly, keep national interest of Pakistan as your reference point while commenting on any such issue and every thing should be fine, even if you write against US policy but again, you should provide solid logical base for your argument. I hope this idea is helpful.

I would support what Mr. Phoenix has advices or suggested.
Moreover, being an anti-American is very different from appraising the American policies and their impacts. In the first case one is cast emotionally, while the later role is, and should be, assumed as a purely intellectual exercise.

We can generally remark on these issues not with facts and figures. But its not a good idea to pin point everything from a perspective of Pakistani citizen, Because no matter how wise we are the brain washing also does its work. So write on this issue by assuming your self as diplomat of of Pakistan.
Rule1: Instead of Writing Generals and president we can write Military Establishment and Civil Establishment.
Rule 2: Instead of Writing CIA , FBI , RAW we can Write Secret agencies.
Because Diplomats are not supposed to provoke war.
